VERSO prepares for further growth: Reinforcement in the management team

Munich, 30.01.2025 – VERSO, pioneer in ESG Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), is strengthening its management team to prepare the company for its next growth step. From January 2025, Uwe Schneider will take over the role of CEO, while Bill Bolls has been responsible for VERSO product development as Chief Product Officer (CPO) since July 2024.

With the expansion of the management team, VERSO strengthens the continuous innovation and scaling of its products and sets the course for further expansion into European and international markets. Recently honored at the Main Software 50 Awards, VERSO is strengthening its management team and deepening its expertise in the areas of corporate management and product development.

The new members of the management team bring with them many years of experience from renowned companies in the technology and SaaS industry. As Group Vice President, Uwe Schneider was responsible for EMEA & APAC at Sphera, a global provider of enterprise sustainability management solutions. Bill Bolls, on the other hand, was CPO at Statista, where he was instrumental in building up the successful, data-driven product.

“Uwe Schneider and Bill Bolls will play a central role in further implementing VERSO’s vision and keeping the company on course for success in the coming years. In particular, they will be able to contribute their outstanding skills to VERSO in the areas of internationalization, EU expansion, the further development of our AI applications and the further expansion of our partner network,” concludes Maslo.
